Small Shifts, Big Energy: The Science Explains Why

Recharging isn’t rest-it’s science. In a world that moves faster than ever—with constant digital demands, increasing incivility, and near-continuous pressure to stay “on”—our energy reserves drain more quickly than we realize. Fatigue, distraction, and emotional depletion aren’t personal failings; they’re predictable outcomes of how our brains and bodies respond to overload.

Our guest speaker, Dr. Rajani Katta MD, will share with us science-backed practical strategies for in-the-moment resets, along with sustainable practices that build long-term resilience.

We hope that you leave this luncheon with a toolkit to help you feel clearer, calmer, and more capable—no matter what the world throws your way!
